1 Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Kirby Bot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kirby Bot. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of these terms.

2 Use of Service

You agree to use Kirby Bot in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service. You must not:

  • Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the bot
  • Use the bot to spam, advertise, or distribute malicious content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to overload or disrupt the bot's services
  • Use the bot for any illegal activities

3 Premium Services

Kirby Bot offers optional premium features through subscription plans:

  • Payment: All premium subscriptions are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with 30 days notice

Refund Policy: Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service access.

4 Data Collection & Privacy

Kirby Bot collects and stores certain data to provide its services:

  • Server IDs, channel IDs, and user IDs for bot functionality
  • Message statistics for analytics features
  • Ticket transcripts and related data
  • Premium subscription information

5 Limitations of Liability

Kirby Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Kirby Bot.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kirby Bot are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Use our branding without permission

7 Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove the bot from servers that violate these terms
  • Cancel premium subscriptions for violations

You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

  • Updates on our Discord support server
  • Announcements on the dashboard
  • Email notifications to premium users
