Terms of Service

By adding the Kirby bot to a server or using its commands, you agree to the following. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Kirby is a Discord bot offering 97 commands: music and Activity, moderation, anti-raid protection, giveaways, utilities (cards, polls, reminders, tags, translation, tickets), fun, read-only crypto tools, and a custodial wallet.

It is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or of being error-free. Features may be changed, added or removed at any time.

2. The wallet: read this section

What you accept

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending to a wrong address, or on the wrong network, is permanently lost. The bot checks the format and the network before every withdrawal, but the destination remains your responsibility.
• The PIN has no bypass. That is what gives it value. Without a PIN or a backup code, nobody — not even the operator — can unlock your wallet.
• Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us. They are added to the amount you request.
• Displayed prices come from public sources and are indicative. They may move between display and execution.
• The service is not a bank, a broker or an investment adviser. No return is promised.

3. Music and third-party content

The player streams content from public sources. You are responsible for how you use it and for respecting the rights attached to that content in your country. The service hosts no audio files.

4. Moderation and anti-raid

Administrators who install the bot are responsible for its configuration: log channels, assigned roles, anti-raid thresholds and automatic sanctions. The bot carries out what was configured, including automatic kicks or bans. Check your settings before enabling them on an active server.

5. What you agree not to do

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud or financing prohibited activities.
• Attempt to access another user's wallet, keys or data.
• Exploit a vulnerability, bypass rate limits, automate commands in bulk or disrupt the service.
• Use the moderation or anti-raid tools to harass.
• Breach Discord's terms, which apply in addition to these.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator cannot be held liable for losses arising from: service interruptions or outages, mistyped addresses or amounts, price movements, unavailability of a blockchain or third-party provider, sanctions applied by a moderation configuration, loss of access to your Discord account, or loss of your PIN and backup code.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended in case of abuse, unlawful use or attempts to harm the service. You may stop using the service at any time: remove the bot from your server, and delete your wallet with /wallet delete after exporting your keys if funds remain on it.

8. Kirby Premium (subscription)

Kirby Premium is a Discord application subscription. Discord charges, renews and refunds it: we never see your payment method, and we have no way to charge, renew or refund anything ourselves.

• Price and term: shown by Discord in its own purchase window, in your currency. The subscription renews under Discord's rules until you stop it.
• Stopping: from your Discord settings, at any time. Your perks stay active until the end date you have already paid for — we read that date from Discord, we do not decide it.
• Refunds: they are Discord's, under Discord's policy. Contact Discord, not us: we cannot grant them.
• What it gives: extras, listed inside the bot (/help, then the Premium button). Everything that is free today stays free: the subscription adds, it never takes a feature away from people who do not pay.
• It touches neither chance nor money: it changes no odds of winning a giveaway, no access to a giveaway, and no draw; and it changes nothing about the wallet — no deposit, no withdrawal, no balance, and no cooldown on those commands.
• When it ends: the extras stop. Your appearance settings are kept for a while so that coming back restores them, and the "Erase my settings" button stays available even without a subscription. Your tags, your characters and your giveaway templates are untouched.
• Changes: the extras may change. If one goes away, it does not become paid for other people — it goes away for everyone.
• If the service stops: should the bot shut down for good, we will unpublish the item to prevent any new purchase. Subscriptions already running then depend on Discord.

9. Personal data

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
